The ladle crane comprises two end beams, two main beams are installed between the two end beams, a crane carriage runs on the main beams, a winding drum mechanism is installed at the top of the crane carriage, a slewing bearing is installed at the bottom of the crane carriage, and a fixing frame is arranged at the bottom of the slewing bearing. A driving plate is connected to the lower portion of the winding drum mechanism through a steel wire rope, mounting plates are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the driving plate, speed reducers are arranged on the outer sides of the mounting plates, a double-output-shaft driving motor is mounted at the top of the driving plate, the output ends of the speed reducers penetrate through the mounting plates and are fixedly connected with a tray, and a front supporting groove and a rear supporting groove are formed in the tray; a steel ladle is placed between the two trays, a heat preservation plate is arranged between the driving plate and the steel ladle, a plurality of connecting chains are arranged at the top of the heat preservation plate, and the tops of the connecting chains penetrate through the driving plate to be fixedly connected to the fixing frame. The problems that in the prior art, heat is prone to loss in the steel ladle moving process, and stability is insufficient when a steel ladle is poured are solved.

    本发明公开了一种铸造起重机,包括两根端梁,两根端梁之间安装有两根主梁,主梁上运行有起重小车,起重小车的顶部安装有卷筒机构,起重小车的底部安装有回转支承,回转支承的底部设置有固定架;卷筒机构的下方通过钢丝绳连接有驱动板,驱动板底部的两侧对称设置有安装板,安装板的外侧设置有减速器,驱动板的顶部安装有双出轴的驱动电机,减速器的输出端穿过安装板并固定连接有托盘,托盘上开设有前托槽和后托槽;钢包放置在两个托盘之间,驱动板与钢包之间设置有保温板,保温板的顶部设置有若干根连接链条,连接链条的顶部穿过驱动板固定连接在固定架上;本发明用于解决现有技术中钢包移动过程中热量容易散失,钢包倾倒时稳定性不足的问题。
