The invention discloses a hydrogen-energy-assisted solar airship and an airship operation method. When sunlight is sufficient, a solar cell panel absorbs solar energy to generate electricity, a direct-current brushless motor is driven through an MPPT controller and a one-way high-voltage DC/DC converter to provide power for the airship, and when the sunlight is insufficient and the energy supply of the solar cell panel is insufficient, the airship is powered by the solar cell panel. The hydrogen fuel cell is started, the direct-current brushless motor is driven through the one-way high-voltage DC/DC converter, so that power is provided for the airship, the energy supply of the solar cell panel has an upper limit, when the energy supply is detected to be insufficient, the hydrogen fuel cell is started, and the solar cell panel and the hydrogen fuel cell supply energy cooperatively, so that the airship is powered. When the energy supplied by the solar cell panel is higher than the energy required by the airship, the blade pitch angle of the blade is adjusted through the blade pitch adjuster, so that the resistance of the blade is changed, solar energy is balanced, and excessive energy is avoided.
