The invention discloses electric vehicle battery pack heat management equipment which comprises a battery bin, an air cooling assembly, a heating assembly, a liquid cooling assembly and an evaporation assembly, a plurality of clamping frames are arranged at the bottom of the battery bin, a supporting net is arranged in each clamping frame, a plurality of vertical plates are arranged on the inner wall of the battery bin and correspond to the clamping frames, and a battery pack is placed in each clamping frame; the battery packs are electrically connected with a temperature sensor and a controller, the controller is electrically connected with a vehicle-mounted air conditioner refrigerating system, the temperature rising assembly comprises first partition plates between the battery packs, ventilation cavities are formed in the first partition plates, and a heating assembly is arranged in the ventilation cavity on the leftmost side. Daily cooling, high-temperature cooling and top-speed cooling are carried out through the air cooling assembly, the liquid cooling assembly and the evaporation assembly so as to adapt to different working states of the battery bin. Meanwhile, high-temperature liquid is stored through the third temporary storage tank, heat is fully utilized, and power consumption during low-temperature starting is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车电池组热管理设备,包括电池仓、风冷组件、升温组件、液冷组件和蒸发组件,所述电池仓底部设有若干卡接框,卡接框内设有支撑网,电池仓的内壁上对应卡接框设有若干竖板,卡接框内放置有电池组,电池组电性连接有温度传感器和控制器,控制器电性连接车载空调制冷系统,升温组件包括电池组之间的隔板一,隔板一内均设有通风腔,最左侧的通风腔内设有加热组件,本发明通过协同不同的冷却方式,利用风冷组件、液冷组件和蒸发组件进行日常冷却,高温冷却和极速冷却,以适应电池仓不同的工作状态,同时,通过暂存罐三对高温的液体进行存储,充分利用热量,降低低温启动时电量的消耗。
