According to the device, at the beginning of ship design, a piezoelectric material is embedded into a broadside outer plate of a freeboard part of a ship body, when rolling motion occurs in the ship navigation process, water pressure is used for extruding the piezoelectric material to generate power, generated electric energy is processed and then merged into a ship power grid to supply power to ship power equipment, and energy conservation and emission reduction of the ship are achieved. Besides, due to the fact that the length of the freeboard part above the waterline of the ship in the length direction of the ship is very long, a large number of the device can be arranged in a freeboard groove, when the ship performs rolling motion, the area of the freeboard part immersed in seawater is very large, and the pressure of the seawater on a board side outer plate of the freeboard part is very large. According to the invention, the recoverable energy is very huge, and the power generation effect is good.
本发明提出了一种利用船舶横摇的舷侧外板压电发电装置,该装置包括:固定铰支座、弹性材料、压板、垫块、压电材料和复位弹簧。本发明装置是在船舶设计之初,就将压电材料嵌入船体干舷部分的舷侧外板内,在船舶航行过程中发生横摇运动时,利用水压对压电材料进行挤压发电,产生的电能经处理后并入船舶电网,为船舶动力设备供电,实现了船舶节能减排。此外,由于船舶水线以上干舷部分沿船长方向的长度非常长,这样可以在干舷凹槽中设置非常多的本发明装置,当船舶发生横摇运动时,干舷部分浸入海水的面积非常大,造成海水对干舷部分的舷侧外板压力很大,所以,本发明可回收的能量是十分巨大的,发电效果好。
