The invention discloses a method and a device for repairing the inner wall of a tunnel. The method comprises the following steps that an arched steel frame (1) matched with a tunnel structure in size are built; a group of pulleys (2) for supporting a steel cable are mounted along the arch surface of the arch steel frame, the steel cable (4) sequentially penetrates through the pulleys, and two ends of the steel cable are respectively connected with a winch (3); the steel cable is connected with the hanging basket (5); the hoisting basket is driven by the winch to move back and forth in parallel along the arched inner wall of the tunnel; wheels (6) are arranged at two ends of the bottom of the arched steel frame; and the wheels are driven to enable the arched steel frame to drive the hanging basket to move in the length direction of the tunnel, so that the hanging basket fully covers the inner wall of the tunnel. An operator stands in the hanging basket to finish decoration of the inner wall of the tunnel. The device is simple in structure, low in steel consumption and low in machining cost. Automatic control can be achieved, the hanging basket can reach all section positions of a tunnel, and no operation dead angle exists. The robot can walk, steer and brake by itself. The automation degree is high and the use effect is good.

    本发明公开了一种隧道内壁的修补方法及修补装置,该方法是搭设一个与隧道结构尺寸相适应的拱形钢架(1);并沿拱形钢架的拱面安装一组用于支撑钢索的滑轮(2),钢索(4)依次穿过滑轮,钢索两端分别与一台卷扬机(3)连接;钢索与吊篮(5)连接;通过卷扬机的驱动吊篮沿隧道拱形内壁平行往返移动;拱形钢架底部两端设有车轮(6);驱动车轮使拱形钢架带动吊篮沿隧道长度方向移动,从而实现吊篮对隧道内壁的全覆盖;操作人员站在吊篮内完成对隧道内壁的装饰。本发明结构简单,钢材用量少,加工成本低;可实现自动化控制,吊篮可到达隧道各个断面位置,无操作死角;本发明自身可实现行走、转向、制动。自动化程度高,使用效果好。
