The train parking control method comprises the steps: obtaining the electro-pneumatic conversion point speed and the air braking deceleration; according to the electric-pneumatic conversion point speed and the air braking deceleration, calculating a train parking control curve, wherein the train parking control curve comprises a first parking stage and a second parking stage; and according to the first parking stage and the second parking stage, controlling the train to be accurately parked. According to the train parking control method and the vehicle-mounted controller provided by the invention, the train speed is reduced at the electro-pneumatic conversion point by setting the first parking stage, so that the influence on train control caused by insufficient braking force during electro-pneumatic conversion is reduced.
