The invention relates to a limit switch device for magnetic track braking and eddy current braking of a train, which comprises a shell, an ejector pin and a travel switch, the bottom end of the ejector pin extends out of the bottom surface of the shell, and a reset spring is clamped between the ejector pin and the top surface of the shell. At least part of the side face of the ejector pin is provided with an inclined face and a cylindrical face which are vertically connected, and the side, facing the ejector pin, of the travel switch is provided with a contact which can abut against and make contact with the inclined face or the cylindrical face of the ejector pin and telescopically move in the radial direction of the ejector pin to start or close the travel switch. The limit switch device can adapt to the action working conditions of magnetic track braking and eddy current braking, can directly monitor the position state of a braking device, and can improve the reliability of the position monitoring function of a magnetic track and eddy current braking system in cooperation with existing suspension unit pressure monitoring.

    本发明为一种用于列车磁轨制动及涡流制动的限位开关装置,包括外壳、顶针以及行程开关,顶针的底端伸出外壳的底面,并在顶针和外壳的顶面之间夹设有复位弹簧。顶针的至少部分侧面具有呈上下连接的斜面和柱面,行程开关朝向顶针的一侧具有能与顶针的斜面或柱面抵靠接触,并沿顶针的径向方向伸缩移动进而启动或关闭行程开关的触头。本发明的限位开关装置能够适应磁轨制动及涡流制动的动作工况,可直接监测制动装置的位置状态,配合既有的悬挂单元压力监测,能提升磁轨及涡流制动系统位置监测功能的可靠性。
