The invention discloses a fixed trundle with a braking function. The fixed trundle comprises a support, a roller structure installed at the lower end of the support and a braking assembly which is installed on the support and can limit rolling of the roller structure. The brake assembly comprises a fixing frame fixedly installed on the support, a brake pedal hinged to the outer side end of the fixing frame through a first hinge shaft, a brake lever hinged to the inner side end of the fixing frame through a second hinge shaft, and a return elastic piece installed on the second hinge shaft and playing an elastic return role on the brake lever. The outer side end of the brake lever is provided with a friction pressing and fixing assembly which can be pressed and fixed to the roller structure so as to prevent the roller structure from rolling. The brake pedal can press the outer side end of the brake lever downwards when rotating around the first hinge shaft so as to drive the friction pressing and fixing assembly to press the roller structure downwards, and finally the brake function is achieved. A screw hole is formed in the outer side end of the brake lever, and the friction pressing and fixing assembly comprises a friction pressing and fixing screw connected to the screw hole in a screwed mode and a gasket arranged between the friction pressing and fixing screw and the brake lever in a cushioned mode.

    本发明公开具有刹车功能的固定脚轮,包括支架、安装于支架下端的滚轮结构、安装于支架上并可限制滚轮结构滚动的刹车组件;刹车组件包括安固于支架上的固定架、通过第一铰接轴铰接于固定架外侧端处的刹车脚踏板、通过第二铰接轴铰接于固定架内侧端处的刹车杠杆、安装于第二铰接轴上并对刹车杠杆起到弹性回位作用的回位弹性件,刹车杠杆外侧端处设有可压固到滚轮结构上从而制止滚轮结构滚动的摩擦压固组件,刹车脚踏板绕第一铰接轴转动时会下压刹车杠杆外侧端从而带动摩擦压固组件下压至滚轮结构上最终实现刹车功能;刹车杠杆外侧端处设有螺孔,摩擦压固组件包括螺接于螺孔上的摩擦压固螺钉、垫设于摩擦压固螺钉与刹车杠杆之间的垫圈。
