The invention discloses a damping coefficient adjustable damping bidirectional braking trundle which comprises a main support, a brake mechanism and a damping coefficient adjusting mechanism. The damping coefficient adjusting mechanism comprises a damping spring, a damping positioning rod, a damping positioning sleeve, a gear rod, a spring fixing front end cover and a spring fixing rear end cover. At least three gear grooves are correspondingly formed in one side of a left gear plate and a right gear plate. One end of the damping positioning rod is inserted into the damping positioning sleeve and is matched with the damping positioning sleeve in a sliding mode, the other end of the damping positioning rod is fixedly connected with the gear rod located on one gear groove, and the damping spring presses the spring fixing front end cover. When damping coefficient adjustment is performed, only the damping positioning rod is outwards pulled, the damping spring is compressed, the gear rod breaks away from the gear groove, and damping adjustment is performed according to different gear grooves to meet the damping demand of different weight loads in the transportation process so as to achieve stable operation.
