The invention discloses a built-in adjustable steel belt counterweight frame which comprises a protective cover, belt pulley sets, a belt pulley support, a first guide shoe base plate, an upper transverse plate, a first counterweight block ejector rod, a first side beam, a lower transverse plate, a compensation chain support, a buffering collision head, a first sealing plate, a clamping plate, a rope blocking plate, a second side beam, a second guide shoe base plate, a second sealing plate and a second counterweight block ejector rod, the protective cover is fixed on the outer wall of the belt pulley support in a threaded manner, and the coaxiality of the belt pulley sets is consistent. Compared with a conventional steel belt elevator counterweight frame, the built-in adjustable steel belt counterweight frame is provided with the two sets of belt pulley sets capable of adjusting the levelness, the belt pulley sets are independently installed, the adjustment of the levelness is facilitated, the installation positions of the belt pulley sets are higher than that of the transverse plate at the upper portion, the counterweight frame does not need to be supported and fixed, the belt pulley set at one side can be maintained, later maintenance is facilitated, the coaxiality of the two belt pulley sets is consistent, the counterweight frame is suitable for a heavy-load elevator, and the market requirement is greatly met.

    本发明公开了一种内置可调钢带对重框架,包括护罩、带轮组、带轮支架、第一导靴底板、上横板、第一对重块顶杆、第一侧梁、下横板、补偿链支架、缓冲撞头、第一封板、卡位板、挡绳板、第二侧梁、第二导靴底板、第二封板和第二对重块顶杆,所述带轮支架的顶端外壁上螺栓固定有护罩,所述带轮组的同轴度一致,本发明相较于现有的钢带电梯对重框架,设计有两套可调节水平度的带轮组,该带轮组独立安装,方便调整水平度,带轮组的安装位置要高出上部的横板,对重框架不用支撑固定,便可以对其中一侧带轮组进行维护,方便后期检修,且两套带轮组同轴度一致,适用于用于大载重电梯,极大的满足了市场需求。
