The invention discloses an anti-abrasion device, a charging pile provided with the same and an anti-abrasion method, and relates to the technical field of charging piles. According to the application, the anti-abrasion device comprises a machine body arranged on a plane, and the machine body comprises a box body, conveying wheels, a winding drum, a cable, a charging gun, a conveying device and a protective device, the conveying wheels are arranged in the box body; the winding drum is arranged in the box body; the cable is arranged in the box body, is movably connected with the box body, and bypasses the peripheries of the conveying wheels to be connected with the winding drum; the charging gun is arranged on the outer side of the box body; the conveying device is arranged in the box body, fixedly connected with the box body, and matched with the conveying wheels to drive the cable to move; and the protective device is arranged in the box body and located below the conveying device. The anti-abrasion device is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, a charging cable naturally falls onto the ground in the using process of a charging pile, and skin of the charging cable is abraded and falls off when the charging cable is squeezed by foreign objects to rub with the ground after being on the ground for a long time.

    本发明公开了一种防磨损装置及具有该装置的充电桩及防磨损方法,涉及充电桩技术领域。在本申请中,防磨损装置,包括:机体设置在平面上,机体包括:箱体的内部设置有容纳空间;输送轮设置在箱体的内部;卷绕筒设置在箱体的内部;电缆设置在箱体的内部,电缆与箱体活动连接,电缆绕过输送轮的外周与卷绕筒连接;充电枪设置在箱体的外侧;输送装置设置在箱体的内部,输送装置与箱体固定连接,输送装置与输送轮配合带动电缆移动;防护装置设置在箱体的内部,防护装置位于输送装置的下方。本发明用于解决现有技术中充电桩在使用时充电缆线会自然掉落在地面上,充电线缆长时间在地面会被外物挤压与地面摩擦造成充电线缆表皮磨损掉落的问题。
