The invention provides a permanent magnet synchronous motor harmonic suppression method based on fuzzy QPR control and voltage compensation. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, carrying out the fuzzy processing of the current motor electric angular speed and current id and iq, then, connecting the QPR controller with a current loop PI controller in parallel, and adaptively adjusting the coefficients kp, ki and wc of the QPR controller through fuzzy control, and finally, extracting dynamic compensation voltages deltaualpha' and deltaubeta' under the two-phase static coordinate system through coordinate change and a low-pass filter, and calculating to obtain target control voltages ualpha* and ubeta*. The fuzzy QPR controller and the dynamic voltage compensation method are adopted to suppress the harmonic current of the motor, the stability and anti-disturbance capability of a control system are enhanced, the dynamic response speed is increased, and the purposes of suppressing current harmonics and reducing output torque pulsation of the motor are achieved.
本发明提出一种基于模糊QPR控制和电压补偿的永磁同步电机谐波抑制方法,包括以下步骤:首先,对当前电机电角速度与电流id、iq进行模糊化处理;然后,将QPR控制器与电流环PI控制器并联,利用模糊控制对QPR控制器的系数kp、ki、wc进行自适应调节;最后,通过坐标变化和低通滤波器提取两相静止坐标系下的动态补偿电压Δuα′、Δuβ′,计算得到目标控制电压uα*、uβ*。本发明采用模糊QPR控制器和动态电压补偿方法对电机的谐波电流进行抑制,增强了控制系统的稳定性与抗扰动能力,提高动态响应速度,以达到抑制电流谐波、减轻电机输出转矩脉动的目的。
