The construction method comprises the following steps: determining a training set only containing core features according to first data; the first data is driver behavior information, vehicle driving information, vehicle alarm information and environment information within a first set time in historical accident record information; training the clustering analysis model by adopting a training set only containing the core features; according to the prediction result of the vehicle accident, optimizing the clustering analysis model, and determining the optimized clustering analysis model as a prediction model; wherein the prediction result of the vehicle accident is obtained by predicting second data through the trained clustering analysis model. According to the method, various information before an accident occurs is comprehensively considered, and a clustering analysis model is optimized by adopting a vehicle accident prediction mode, so that the constructed prediction model is accurate and reliable, and potential accidents under various complex conditions can be effectively predicted.
