The invention relates to the technical field related to robot application, and discloses a pipeline crawling detection robot. The pipeline crawling detection robot comprises a bearing body, a detection mirror is fixedly installed at the front end of the bearing body, a driving motor is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the bearing body, transmission shafts are fixedly installed on output shafts on the two sides of the driving motor correspondingly, driving wheels are movably installed at the top ends of the transmission shafts correspondingly, supporting shafts are fixedly installed on the two sides of the bearing body correspondingly, and auxiliary wheels are movably installed on the side walls of the supporting shafts. According to the pipeline crawling detection robot, anti-skid rods are movably installed on the driving wheels, so that in the moving process of the driving wheels, the anti-skid rods pull telescopic ropes to achieve damping of the driving wheels, meanwhile, when the driving wheels meet obstacles, the anti-skid rods extend out through driving blocks, so that the movable diameter of the driving wheels is increased, then the pipeline crawling detection robot can completely adapt to bumpy pipelines and pipelines with shields, and finally the purposes of damping and adapting to various terrains are achieved.

    本发明涉及机器人应用相关技术领域,且公开了一种管道爬行检测机器人,包括承载体,所述承载体的前端固定安装有检测镜,且承载体的内壁固定安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的两侧输出轴分别固定安装有传动轴,且传动轴的顶端分别活动安装有驱动轮,所述承载体的两侧分别固定安装有支撑轴,且支撑轴的侧壁活动安装有辅轮。本发明通过在驱动轮上活动安装有防滑棒,因而在其驱动轮运动的过程中,通过其防滑棒拉动伸缩绳可实现对其驱动轮进行减震,同时,当其驱动轮遇到障碍物后,通过驱动块将防滑棒伸出,从而增大了其驱动轮的可运动直径,进而可完全适应于坑洼及带有遮挡的管道,最终达到减震及适应各种地形的目的。
