Disclosed is a notch pipeline robot caterpillar track crawling device. The notch pipeline robot caterpillar track crawling device comprises a caterpillar track crawling device body. The caterpillar track crawling device body comprises a power input shaft, a gear set, an input caterpillar track wheel shaft, a driving caterpillar track wheel, a driven caterpillar track wheel, a caterpillar track, caterpillar track wheel side cover lining plates, a tensioning module and a pressure module. The power input shaft is in drive connection with the input caterpillar track wheel shaft through the gear set. The driving caterpillar track wheel is installed on the input caterpillar track wheel shaft. The caterpillar track is arranged on the driving caterpillar track wheel and the driven caterpillar track wheel in a sleeving mode. The caterpillar track wheel side cover lining plates are arranged on the two sides of the caterpillar track and further fixedly connected with each other through a connecting shaft. The tensioning module is used for adjusting the caterpillar track. The pressure module comprises a platform connected with an outer machine case, a support connected with the platform and acounter weight installed inside the support. The counter weight can be installed on the outer machine case through the support, the weight of the whole caterpillar track crawling device can be increased, the pressure to the inner wall of a pipeline is made large and thus the frictional force of the whole caterpillar track crawling device is increased.

    一种槽口管道机器人履带爬行装置包括:履带爬行装置,其包括动力输入轴、齿轮组、输入履带轮轴、主动履带轮、从动履带轮、履带、履带轮侧盖衬板、张紧模块和压力模块;所述动力输入轴经由所述齿轮组与所述输入履带轮轴传动连接;所述主动履带轮安装在所述输入履带轮轴上;所述履带套设在所述主动履带轮和所述从动履带轮上;所述履带轮侧盖衬板设置在所述履带的两侧并通过连接轴相互固定;所述张紧模块用于调节所述履带;所述压力模块包括与外机箱连接的平台、与所述平台连接的支架以及安装在所述支架中的配重通过所述支架将所述配重安装到外机箱,可以为整个履带爬行装置增加重量,对管道内壁产生较大的压力,从而提高整个履带爬行装置的摩擦力。
