The invention relates to a vehicle side collision protection structure which comprises a cabin door frame used for forming a cabin opening in the side face of a vehicle, and a transverse anti-collision beam is arranged in the cabin door frame; a cabin door which is arranged at the cabin door frame and used for sealing the cabin opening; and a cabin door reinforcing beam which is arranged on the cabin door, and the transverse anti-collision beam and the cabin door reinforcing beam are arranged in a crossed mode. The cabin door reinforcing beam is arranged on the cabin door, the cabin door reinforcing beam and the transverse anti-collision beam are arranged in a crossed mode, when side collision occurs, the cabin door reinforcing beam arranged on the cabin door can play a role in preventing the cabin door from being excessively deformed and preventing impact force from bypassing the transverse anti-collision beam to make direct contact with the energy supply device, the collision risk of the energy supply device can be reduced, and the protection capacity is improved; and compared with the prior art, the rigidity and strength are improved by purely increasing materials, the overall light weight of the protection structure can be achieved by increasing the cabin door reinforcing beam, and the production cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种车辆侧面碰撞防护结构,该防护结构包括:舱门门框,舱门门框用于在车辆的侧面形成舱口,舱门门框中设置有横向防撞梁;舱门,设置在舱门门框处,用于封盖舱口;舱门加强梁,所述舱门加强梁布置在舱门上,横向防撞梁与舱门加强梁交叉布置。在舱门上布置舱门加强梁且使舱门加强梁与横向防撞梁交叉布置,当受到侧面碰撞时,布置在舱门上舱门加强梁能起到避免舱门变形过大、冲击力绕过横向防撞梁直接触碰供能装置,有利于降低供能装置的受碰撞风险,提高了防护能力;并且相较于现有技术中单纯地通过增加用料的方式来提高刚度强度,增加舱门加强梁的方式能够实现防护结构整体轻量化,降低生产成本。
