The invention discloses a movable intelligent take-off and landing platform of a vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle for electric power inspection. The platform comprises a movable carrying vehicle, and an unmanned aerial vehicle is installed on a vehicle plate of the movable carrying vehicle through a leveling base assembly. The platform has the positive effects that: the horizontal degree of a parking base can be ensured all the time in an area with a complex terrain, and the lifting requirement of an unmanned aerial vehicle is met. Meanwhile, a supporting leg positioning mechanism is further arranged on the parking base to fix and position the unmanned aerial vehicle, and when the unmanned aerial vehicle is transferred along with the movable carrying vehicle, a flow baffle mechanism on the parking base can also form a barrier on the front side of the unmanned aerial vehicle, so that the stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle on the parking base in the transportation process is guaranteed; and flow baffles in the flow baffle mechanism can rotate to the two sides of the parking base so as to increase the area of the parking base, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle can smoothly land under relatively inaccurate positioning, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is guaranteed to be controlled to normally conduct electric power overhaul.
