The invention provides a cooling and lubricating system and an automobile. The system comprises a shell flow channel, a conveying flow channel and a flow adjusting device; the shell flow channel is used for being arranged on a shell of a transmission and is provided with an outlet end and an inlet end, and the outlet end of the shell flow channel is used for being communicated with a motor and a freezing flow channel of an output shaft; the conveying flow channel is provided with an input end and an output end, the input end of the conveying flow channel is used for being connected with a cooling liquid supply source, and the output end of the conveying flow channel is connected with the inlet end of the shell flow channel; the flow adjusting device is arranged on the conveying flow channel. According to the technical scheme, the outlet end of the shell flow channel is used for being communicated with the freezing flow channel of the motor and the freezing flow channel of the output shaft so that forced lubrication of the motor and the output shaft can be achieved, and the flow adjusting device is arranged on the conveying flow channel so the flow of cooling liquid for cooling and lubricating the motor and the output shaft can be adjusted.
