The invention discloses emergency braking equipment of a car elevator. The emergency braking equipment comprises an elevator car, connecting plates are welded to the upper end face of the elevator car, the connecting plates are symmetrically installed on the upper end face of the elevator car, a telescopic rod is installed on the outer surface of each connecting plate through a bolt, bent pipes are welded to the front ends of the telescopic rods, side plates are welded to the front ends of the bent pipes, inner grooves of rectangular structures are concavely formed in the surfaces of the side plates, and two inner grooves are symmetrically formed in the surface of each side plate. According to the emergency braking equipment, braking structures are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the elevator car correspondingly, elastic protection is arranged at the upper end of the elevator car, elastic buffering is achieved in cooperation with the braking structures on the two sides of the upper end when the elevator car ascends too fast, meanwhile, the braking structures are arranged at the lower end of the elevator car, the stable braking effect is achieved in cooperation with three-stage braking, and the effects that the braking time is short, and the braking is stable are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种轿厢电梯的紧急制动设备,包括包括一电梯轿厢,所述电梯轿厢的上端面焊接有连接板,所述连接板呈对称安装在所述电梯轿厢的上端面,每一个所述连接板的外表面均通过螺栓安装有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的前端焊接有弯管,所述弯管的前端焊接有侧板;所述侧板的表面凹设有矩形结构的内槽,每一个所述侧板的表面呈对称开设有两个内槽;本发明通过在电梯轿厢的上下两端分别设置制动结构,在轿厢上端设置弹性防护,在轿厢上升速度过快时搭配上端两侧的制动结构实现弹性缓冲,同时在轿厢下端设置制动结构,搭配三级制动实现稳定的制动效果,具有制动耗时短且制动效果稳定的效。
