The invention discloses a vehicle brake actuating mechanism which comprises an upper valve body, a control port is formed in the side edge of the upper valve body, and a two-way one-way valve is arranged in the upper valve body; the vehicle brake actuating mechanism further comprises a lower valve body which is connected with the upper valve body, wherein an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the lower valve body, a pneumatic control valve is arranged between the air inlet and the air outlet, and a first pressure sensor is further arranged on the lower valve body; an air passage system which comprises a control air passage and an air inlet passage, wherein a first air inlet electromagnetic valve and a second pressure sensor are mounted on the air inlet passage; and an ECU which is connected with the upper valve body, wherein after a driver steps on a brake pedal, the ECU controls the first air inlet electromagnetic valve to be opened, an air source enters the two-way one-way valve to block pedal air from a control port, the air reaches the air outlet to push the brake executing mechanism to brake, the first pressure sensor monitors the air pressure of the air outlet and feeds back an air pressure signal to the ECU, and the second pressure sensor monitors the air pressure of the air inlet passage and feeds an air pressure signal back to the ECU. The vehicle brake actuating mechanism can realize accurate brake control.

    本发明公开了一种车辆制动执行机构,包括上阀体,侧边设有控制口,上阀体内部设有双通单向阀;下阀体,与上阀体连接,下阀体开设有进气口和出气口,进气口与出气口之间设有气动控制阀,下阀体上还设有第一压力传感器;气道系统,包括控制气道和进气气道,进气气道上安装第一进气电磁阀和第二压力传感器;ECU,与上阀体连接,当司机踩下制动踏板后,ECU控制第一进气电磁阀打开,气源进入双通单向阀堵住来自控制口的踏板气,气体到达出气口推动制动执行机构制动,第一压力传感器监控出气口的气压并将气压信号反馈给ECU,第二压力传感器监控进气气道的气压并将气压信号反馈给ECU,这种车辆制动执行机构能够实现精确制动控制。
