The motor torque control method comprises the following steps: S1, a condition that a motor needs to execute torque zero-crossing control is judged according to a required torque and an actual torque of the motor; s2, the actual torque is controlled to be zero-crossing first preset torque, zero-crossing first preset duration is kept, and the sign sign of the zero-crossing first preset torque is the same as that of the required torque; s3, the actual torque is controlled to be zero-crossing second preset torque, zero-crossing second preset duration is kept, and the sign symbols of the zero-crossing first preset torque and the zero-crossing second preset torque are opposite; and S4, the actual torque is adjusted to the required torque from the zero-crossing second preset torque according to the preset curve, and when the deviation between the actual torque and the required torque is within the preset range, the actual torque is adjusted to be the required torque. According to the invention, the impact when the torque of the motor crosses zero can be inhibited, and better dynamic response is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种电机扭矩控制方法、系统、车辆及存储介质,涉及汽车工程技术领域。该电机扭矩控制方法包括步骤S1、根据电机的需求扭矩和实际扭矩判定电机需要执行扭矩过零控制;步骤S2、控制实际扭矩至过零第一预设扭矩并保持过零第一预设时长,过零第一预设扭矩与需求扭矩的正负符号相同;步骤S3、控制实际扭矩至过零第二预设扭矩并保持过零第二预设时长,过零第一预设扭矩和过零第二预设扭矩的正负符号相反;步骤S4、以预设曲线将实际扭矩由过零第二预设扭矩调整至需求扭矩,当实际扭矩与需求扭矩的偏差在预设范围内时,将实际扭矩调整为需求扭矩。本发明能够抑制电机扭矩过零时的冲击,并保证较好的动力性响应。
