The invention discloses an automobile variable brake clearance energy recovery method. The method comprises the following steps: when a driver steps on a brake pedal of a target automobile, judging whether a power battery of the target automobile meets an energy recovery condition or not; if yes, acquiring motor braking force and pedal braking force of the target automobile; calculating a hydraulic braking force when the motor braking force is less than the pedal braking force; transmitting the hydraulic braking force to a brake clearance adjuster, and calculating a target clearance value; and adjusting the output pressure of a brake master cylinder according to the target gap value, and recycling energy to the power battery. According to the recovery method, the brake clearance adjuster is additionally arranged, the brake clearance can be adjusted, hydraulic brake participation is reduced, and more efficiency is provided for recovery brake.
本发明公开了一种汽车变制动间隙的能量回收方法,包括:当驾驶员踩踏目标汽车的制动踏板时,判断所述目标汽车的动力电池是否满足能量回收条件;若是,获取所述目标汽车的电机制动力和踏板制动力;当所述电机制动力小于所述踏板制动力时,计算液压制动力;依据所述液压制动力传递给制动间隙调节器,计算目标间隙值;依据所述目标间隙值调整制动主缸的输出压力,将能量回收至所述动力电池。上述的回收方法中,增加了制动间隙调节器,实现了制动间隙可以调整,减小液压制动参与,为回收制动提供更多的效率。
