The invention discloses a lightweight suspension device. The device comprises a composite material plate spring and further comprises a rigid support and an elastic bearing block arranged on the rigid support, and the rigid support is arranged in the middle of the composite material plate spring. When the vehicle is empty, a gap is formed between the elastic bearing block and the vehicle frame, and the elastic bearing block can abut against the vehicle frame along with the increase of the load on the vehicle frame; or the rigid support is arranged on the vehicle frame, a gap is formed between the elastic bearing block and the composite material plate spring when the vehicle is empty, and the elastic bearing block can abut against the middle of the composite material plate spring along with the increase of the load on the vehicle frame. The device has the advantages of simple and reliable structure, capability of giving consideration to the comfort when the vehicle is empty and the bearing capacity when the vehicle is loaded, and the like.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化悬挂装置,包括复合材料板簧,还包括刚性支座以及设于刚性支座上的弹性承载块,所述刚性支座设于所述复合材料板簧中部,空车时所述弹性承载块与车架之间具有间隙、且随着车架上载荷的增加弹性承载块可与车架抵接;或所述刚性支座设于车架上,空车时所述弹性承载块与复合材料板簧之间具有间隙、且随着车架上载荷的增加弹性承载块可与复合材料板簧中部抵接。本发明具有结构简单、可靠,能兼顾空车时的舒适性和重车时的承载能力等优点。
