A lightweight independent suspension module is used for manufacturing an automobile chassis. An integrated steering knuckle is connected with a first supporting arm through a main pin, a first upper cross arm assembly and a lower cross arm assembly are respectively connected with the first supporting arm through pin shafts, one end of an air bag assembly and one end of a shock absorber assembly are both fixed to the first supporting arm, the other ends are connected with a whole vehicle frame, a steering knuckle arm is fixed to the integrated steering knuckle through two connecting bolts withholes, a steel wire penetrates through holes in the heads of the connecting bolts with the holes and is knotted to prevent loosening, and the steering knuckle arm receives power from the steering engine end of the whole vehicle and drives the integrated steering knuckle to achieve steering together. The modular design is adopted, so the product complexity is reduced, and the development cost of new products is reduced; the lightweight structural design is adopted, so the dead weight is reduced, and the fuel economy of the whole vehicle is improved; and by adopting the optimized connecting structure design, the steering portability of the whole vehicle is improved, front wheel shimmy is avoided, and the service life of the product is prolonged.

    一种轻量化独立悬架模块,用于汽车底盘制造。一体化转向节与支撑臂一之间通过主销连接,上横臂总成一、下横臂总成与支撑臂一之间分别通过销轴连接,气囊总成和减振器总成的一端均固定在支撑臂一上,另一端与整车车架连接,转向节臂通过两个带孔联接螺栓固定在一体化转向节上,并用钢丝线穿过带孔联接螺栓头部孔进行打结防松,转向节臂接收来自整车转向机端的动力,带动一体化转向节一起实现转向。本发明采用了模块化设计,有利于减少产品复杂性,降低新产品开发成本;采用轻量化结构设计,有利于降低自重,提高整车燃油经济性;采用优化的连接结构设计,有利于提高整车转向轻便性,避免前轮摆振,提高产品使用寿命。
