The invention discloses a day-ahead-real-time optimization control method for a power distribution network based on an energy storage reactive power regulation model. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a day-ahead optimization control model based on the minimum daily operation cost of the power distribution network and a real-time optimization control model for hierarchical coordination of the power distribution network and a charging station; the day-ahead optimization control model determines the day-ahead active power of the charging station by taking a charging station power model, a power distribution network power flow equation and the like as constraint conditions and combining with an optimization target with the lowest daily operation cost. And the real-time optimization control model takes a day-ahead optimization result as an operation reference point, and realizes effective power distribution among the power distribution network, the charging station and the electric vehicle through coordination and complementation among multiple layers of optimization models so as to realize real-time optimization control of energy storage reactive power regulation. The technical problem of energy storage reactive power regulation in the power system is solved, the performance difference between the day-ahead optimization model and the real-time optimization model is considered, and the accuracy of the optimization result is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于计及储能无功调节模型的配电网日前‑实时优化控制方法,包括构建基于配电网日运营成本最小的日前优化控制模型和配电网与充电站分层协调的实时优化控制模型;日前优化控制模型以充电站功率模型和配电网潮流方程等为约束条件,结合日运营成本最低的优化目标,来确定充电站日前有功功率。实时优化控制模型以日前优化结果为运行参考点,通过多层优化模型之间协调互补,实现配电网、充电站和电动汽车之间的功率有效分配,以实现储能无功调节的实时优化控制。本发明解了决电力系统中储能无功调节的技术问题,考虑了日前优化和实时优化模型的性能差异,提高优化结果的准确性。
