The robot comprises a processing unit, a control unit and a control unit, a communication unit, a sensing unit, a power unit, a geographic position information unit and a camera unit, wherein the communication unit receives the signal from the remote control unit, decodes the signal and sends the decoded signal to the processor; the sensing unit is used for sensing surrounding objects and sending a sensing signal to the processor; the power unit provides power for the water intelligent rescue robot to advance; the geographic position information unit is used for acquiring the current geographic position information of the water intelligent rescue robot and sending the geographic position information to the remote control unit through the communication unit; and the camera unit is used for acquiring image information and sending the image information to the remote control unit through the communication unit.
