The invention relates to a wall climbing robot with variable-curvature self-adaptive capacity.The wall-climbing robot is technically characterized by comprising a rack, a pair of crawler walking modules and a motor module, the rack comprises a main body beam and a pair of connecting connectors, and the pair of connecting connectors are installed at the two ends of the main body beam. On the outer sides of the pair of crawler walking modules and the pair of connecting joints, each crawler belt walking module has two mutually perpendicular rotation freedom degrees relative to the main body beam, and the two motor modules are respectively mounted on the crawler belt walking modules and provide walking power for the crawler belt walking modules. The crawler walking modules are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the main body beam and have three rotational degrees of freedom, so that the permanent magnet adsorption plate of the wall-climbing robot can automatically adjust the posture of the permanent magnet adsorption plate according to the condition of the walking magnetic conductive wall surface, and the wall-climbing robot has good load capacity and can be widely applied to the field of variable-curvature magnetic conductive wall surface operation.

    本发明涉及一种具有变曲率自适应能力的爬壁机器人,其技术特点是:包括机架、一对履带行走模块和电机模块,机架包括主体梁和一对连接关节,一对连接关节安装在主体梁两端,一对履带行走模块与一对连接关节的外侧,每个履带行走模块相对于主体梁有两个互为垂直的转动自由度,两个电机模块分别安装在履带行走模块上并为履带行走模块提供行走动力。本发明采用将履带行走模块对称安装在主体梁两侧,并具有三个转动自由度,使得爬壁机器人的永磁吸附板可以根据所行走的导磁壁面状况自动调节其自身的姿态,且具有良好的负载能力,可广泛用于变曲率导磁壁面作业领域。
