The invention relates to a system and method for automatically and synchronously guiding passengers under the condition of alignment isolation. The system comprises a platform door system, a signal system, a vehicle system and a station large-screen broadcasting system which are respectively connected with the signal system. The platform door system and the signal system comprise corresponding information of vehicle doors and platform doors, and when individual vehicle doors or platform doors break down, the vehicle system or the platform door system generates alignment isolation information according to the corresponding information of the vehicle doors and the platform doors and sends the alignment isolation information to other systems through the signal system. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages that the method overcomes the defects of completing the para-position isolation function, gives full play to the advantages of the function, improves the availability of the system, better covers the requirements of terminal users, and the like.

    本发明涉及一种对位隔离情况下自动同步指引乘客的系统及方法,该系统包括站台门系统、信号系统、车辆系统和车站大屏广播系统,所述的站台门系统、车辆系统和车站大屏广播系统分别连接信号系统,所述的站台门系统和信号系统中包括车门与站台门的对应信息,当个别车门或站台门故障时,所述的车辆系统或站台门系统根据车门与站台门的对应信息生成对位隔离信息,并通过信号系统发送至其余系统。与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:完成对位隔离功能的不足和缺点,充分发挥该功能的优势,提高系统可用性,更好的覆盖终端用户的需求等。
