The invention relates to a resource management method for a TACS system, the TACS system comprises a train automatic monitoring system ATS, a target controller OC, a trackside resource manager WSIC and a vehicle-mounted controller CC, and the resource management method is characterized in that the vehicle-mounted controller CC is responsible for applying, using and releasing trackside resources; the trackside resource manager WSIC is responsible for distribution and recovery of trackside resources; the vehicle-mounted controller CC calculates required trackside resources according to an operation plan and path information received from a train automatic monitoring system ATS and applies to the trackside resource manager WSIC, and the trackside resource manager WSIC allocates resources according to the resource application information of the vehicle-mounted controller CC and the state of the current resources, and feeds back the resource allocation state to the vehicle-mounted controller CC. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that trackside resource processing is simpler and more efficient, and the safety of resource allocation is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种用于TACS系统的资源管理方法,所述的TACS系统包括列车自动监控系统ATS、目标控制器OC、轨旁资源管理器WSIC和车载控制器CC,所述的资源管理方法由车载控制器CC负责轨旁资源的申请、使用及释放,由轨旁资源管理器WSIC负责轨旁资源的分配及回收;所述的车载控制器CC根据从列车自动监控系统ATS接收到的运行计划及路径信息,计算所需要的轨旁资源,并向轨旁资源管理器WSIC进行申请,所述的轨旁资源管理器WSIC根据车载控制器CC的资源申请信息,根据当前资源的状态进行资源分配,并向车载控制器CC反馈资源分配状态。与现有技术相比,本发明具有轨旁资源处理更加简单高效、保证了资源分配的安全性等优点。
