The invention relates to a resource management method compatible with a TACS system and a CBTC system, and belongs to the technical field of rail transit signal systems.The resource management method compatible with the TACS system and the CBTC system comprises the steps that resource packets are formed through the logic relation between the same or different resources, each resource packet has a unique ID, and the ID is a unique ID; applying for resources in the form of a resource packet so as to realize a system function corresponding to the resource packet; the resource packet comprises a static resource packet and a dynamic resource packet, and the static resource packet is a resource set allocated according to resource configuration of a line and system function requirements in a system design and data preparation stage; the dynamic resource bundle is a resource set which is distributed in real time according to the requirement of system operation management in the train operation stage. According to the method, the function of the CBTC system is realized by creating a resource bundle, and compatibility of the two systems is achieved; the TACS system can be used for any existing line transformation and extension line project construction, and flexible switching between a new system and an old system is achieved.

    本发明涉及兼容TACS系统和CBTC系统的资源管理方法,属于轨道交通信号系统技术领域,该兼容TACS系统和CBTC系统的资源管理方法包括:利用相同或不同资源之间的逻辑关系构成资源包,每个资源包具有唯一的ID,通过资源包的形式申请资源以实现资源包所对应的系统功能;资源包包括静态资源包和动态资源包,静态资源包为系统设计与数据准备阶段根据线路的资源配置和系统功能需求进行分配的资源集合;动态资源包为列车运行阶段根据系统运营管理的需要进行实时分配的资源集合。该方法通过创建资源包,实现CBTC系统的功能,达到两个系统的兼容;使TACS系统能够用于任意既有线改造和延伸线项目的建设,实现新旧系统的柔性倒切。
