The invention provides an explosion-proof mechanical lifting device for an oil field well site. According to the technical scheme, an electric hydraulic push rod is arranged in an outer cylinder body, and an explosion-proof sealing structure is constructed between a lifting arm and the outer cylinder body. Specifically, a ring sleeve is additionally arranged on the inner side of the upper end of the outer cylinder body, the ring sleeve and the outer cylinder body are matched through an outer protruding ring and an annular groove, a wing ring is arranged on the outer side of the ring sleeve and is in lap joint with an annular table on the upper portion of the side wall of the outer cylinder body, and therefore an annular gap is formed between the side wall of the annular table and the wing ring, and a first Y-shaped sealing ring is arranged in the annular gap in a cushioned mode and can have an effective sealing effect between the ring sleeve and the outer cylinder body. Meanwhile, the outer side of the wing ring is additionally provided with an outward extending part, and the first Y-shaped sealing ring is protected from the upper portion. In addition, an O-shaped sealing ring and a second Y-shaped sealing ring are arranged between the ring sleeve and a lifting arm, so that multiple explosion-proof sealing effects can be achieved. A driving mechanism is completely closed under the condition that normal movement of the lifting arm is not affected, and safety can be fully guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种用于油田井场的防爆型机械升降装置。该技术方案将电动液压推杆内置于外筒体内部,并在升降臂与外筒体之间构建了隔爆密封结构。具体来看,本发明在外筒体上端内侧增设环套,二者采用外凸环和环形槽相互配合,环套外侧具有翼环,搭接在外筒体侧壁上部的环形台上,从而在环形台的侧壁与翼环之间形成环隙,环隙内部垫置第一Y型密封圈,可在环套与外筒体之间起到有效的密封作用;同时,在翼环外侧增设外展部,从上方对第一Y型密封圈加以保护。此外,本发明在环套与升降臂之间分别设置O型密封圈和第二Y型密封圈,可起到多重隔爆密封作用。本发明在不影响升降臂正常运动的情况下使驱动机构得到了完全的封闭,可充分保证安全性。
