The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle queue transportation technology for express transportation. A queue mode of two hosts, N slaves and N+1 containers is adopted. The unmanned aerial vehicle queue goes back and forth between city first-level transfer stations and express cabinets, so that the circulation time of the goods in the city is shortened, and the efficiency of the goods to the express cabinets is improved. The 2+N mode has the technical advantages that the front host is responsible for flight-related tasks, and the rear host is responsible for cargo-loaded-related tasks; the queue mode is easier to traverse low-altitude complex terrains; the cruising ability is completed by changing batteries in the cargo box in turns when the cargoes are replaced; when a single machine fault, a cargo box fault and a cargo fault occur, the fault part can be adopted to continue to fly to complete a queue task; when an extreme fault occurs, the fault part can be abandoned to continue to complete the task, so that the loss is reduced; and loading and unloading of the cargoes adopt a parallel mode to improve the efficiency.
