The invention provides a low-energy-consumption electric power inspection robot capable of automatically removing obstacles. The robot comprises a walking mechanism and a detection device fixed on the walking mechanism, and is characterized in that the walking mechanism comprises a chassis, a front axle and a rear axle mounted under the chassis, front wheels mounted at two ends of the front axle, and rear wheels mounted at two ends of the rear axle; a rotating countershaft is arranged at one side of the front axle, the rotating countershaft is connected with the front axle through a transmission mechanism and rotates along with rotation of the front axle, and driving bevel gears are installed at the two ends of the rotating countershaft; a rotating shaft which is horizontally arranged and rotationally connected with the chassis is arranged at one side of the front wheel, a driven bevel gear is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft, and the driven bevel gear is meshed with the driving bevel gear; and a ground sweeping mechanism is installed on the rotating shaft. According to the robot, the ground sweeping mechanism can be driven to sweep the walking surfaces of the wheels in advance under the condition that no extra power is added, so that the cruise robot can stably move forwards, and jolt is reduced.

    本发明提出了一种低耗能自动清障的电力巡检机器人,包括:行走机构和固定在行走机构上的检测装置,所述行走机构包括底盘、安装在底盘下方的前车轴与后车轴,以及安装在前车轴两端的前车轮和安装在后车轴两端的后车轮,其中:前车轴的一侧设有旋转副轴,旋转副轴通过传动机构与前车轴连接并随着前车轴的转动而转动,旋转副轴的两端均安装有主动锥形齿轮;前车轮的一侧设有水平布置并与底盘转动连接的转轴,转轴的一端设有从动锥形齿轮,且从动锥形齿轮与主动锥形齿轮啮合;转轴上安装有地面清扫机构。本发明可在不额外增加动力的情况下带动地面清扫机构预先对车轮的行走面进行清扫,以保障巡航机器人平稳前行,减小颠簸。
