The operation control system comprises the bridge type hoisting mechanism, volume distinguishing equipment and hoisting analysis equipment. The bridge type hoisting mechanism comprises a platform bridge, a trolley, a cart, a cart motor, steel rails, a three-phase power supply, a leading-in sliding block, an auxiliary hook structure, a main hook structure, a trolley motor, a main hook motor and an auxiliary hook motor. The volume distinguishing equipment is used for multiplying the height of a box body entity by the top area of a box body so as to obtain the estimated volume of the box body entity and then calculating the box body full load weight in direct proportion to the estimated volume. The hoisting analysis equipment is used for calculating the maximum hoisting weight of the bridge type hoisting mechanism based on the maximum output power of the cart motor and the maximum output power of the trolley motor. The operation control system of the bridge type hoisting mechanism is easy to operate and control and wide in application. The maximum hoisting weight of the bridge type hoisting mechanism and the box body full load weight of the maximum box body below the bridge type hoisting mechanism can be intelligently evaluated, and therefore the field hoisting capacity of the bridge type hoisting mechanism is effectively judged.
