The invention discloses a self-rescue device of a deep sea mine car. The device comprises a fixing frame, a cushion block mechanism and a recycling mechanism, wherein the cushion block mechanism and the recycling mechanism are connected with the fixing frame, the fixing frame is arranged at a mine car body and located above a crawler belt, and the fixing frame comprises two fixing blocks; the two fixing blocks are the first fixing block located on the front side of the mine car body and the second fixing block located on the rear side of the mine car body, the first fixing block is a right-angle triangular prism which is transversely placed, and the second fixing block is in a cuboid shape which is transversely placed. The characteristics of deep-sea sediments in deep sea are fully considered, the soil shear strength is converted into friction force through the cushion blocks, and the vehicle traction efficiency is improved; the self-rescue process is full-automatic, no complex mechanical structure exists, faults caused by gaps formed when seabed fine sand enters the mechanical structure can be avoided, and only a winch needs to rotate to provide power, so that device is easy and convenient to implement. The device can be repeatedly operated through simple recovery, so that the cost of self-rescue operation is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种深海矿车自救装置,包括固定框架和与固定框架连接的垫块机构及回收机构,所述固定框架设置在矿车主体处且位于履带上方,固定框架包括两个固定块,两个固定块分别为位于矿车主体前侧的第一固定块和位于矿车主体后侧的第二固定块,第一固定块为横向放置的直角三棱柱,第二固定块为横向放置的长方体形。本发明充分考虑深海了深海沉积物特性,利用垫块,将土抗剪强度转化为摩擦力,提高车辆牵引效率;自救过程全自动,没有复杂的机械构造,可以避免由于海底细沙进入机械结构造缝隙成的故障,只需要绞车转动提供动力,实施起来简单方便;本装置可以通过简单的回收,实现重复操作,降低自救操作的成本。
