The invention provides a top pushing device and method for a mine car to automatically enter and exit from a cage. The device comprises a rail unit, a gear motor, a supporting frame, a chain wheel pushing set, a folding rod unit and a folding pushing frame. Sliding rails are arranged on the inner side of the rail unit. The supporting frame is arranged above the rail unit and provided with the gear motor, and the folding rod unit is fixed to chains of the chain wheel pushing set. The folding rod unit comprises a plate clamp, and the plate clamp is connected with the folding pushing frame when the mine car enters the cage and connected with the mine car when the mine car exits from the cage. The folding pushing frame comprises a lantern ring bottom plate, and the lantern ring bottom plate comprises lantern rings arranged on the sliding rails in a sleeving mode. A front frame and a rear frame are hinged to the lantern ring bottom plate, and the rear frame comprises a cross beam. A fixing rod is hinged to the rear side face of the front frame, and a buckle for clamping the cross beam is arranged at the tail end of the fixing rod. According to the top pushing device and method for the mine car to automatically enter and exit from cage, the connection can be converted into rigid connection, so that the impact load resistance is improved; and meanwhile, the device can be folded and contracted in the field, the occupied space is small when the device is folded, and the transportation interference on follow-up mine cars is reduced.

    本发明提出了一种矿车自动进出罐笼的顶部推移装置及方法,该装置包括轨道单元、减速电机、支撑框架、链轮推移组、折叠杆单元和折叠推移架;轨道单元的内侧设置滑轨;支撑框架设置于轨道单元的上方且设置减速电机,链轮推移组的链条上固定折叠杆单元;折叠杆单元包括板夹,矿车进罐笼时,板夹连接折叠推移架,矿车出罐笼时,板夹连接矿车;折叠推移架包括套环底板,套环底板包括套设于滑轨上的套环;套环底板上铰接前框架和后框架,后框架包括一横梁;前框架的后侧面铰接一固定杆,固定杆的末端设置一卡接横梁的卡扣。本发明可转化为刚性连接,提高了抗冲击载荷性;同时可折叠收缩于现场内,收起时占用空间小,降低了对后续矿车的运输干涉性。
