The invention relates to a blade pitch angle adjusting and indicating mechanism for a fine-tuning pitch propeller. The blade pitch angle adjusting and indicating mechanism comprises an angle indicating scale plate and a pitch angle adjusting mechanism, and the angle indicating scale plate consists of a main scale plate and an auxiliary scale plate and is used for indicating the pitch angle of a blade; the main scale plate and the auxiliary scale plate are respectively arranged on a blade root flange plane and a radial circumferential surface of a blade root bearing of a propeller hub body, and a 0 line on the main scale plate is aligned with a 0 line on the auxiliary scale plate; the screw pitch angle adjusting mechanism is composed of a first connector assembly, a second connector assembly and a double-end internal thread stud; one end of the first connector assembly is connected with an internal thread hole in a blade root flange, and the other end of the first connector assembly is connected with an internal thread at one end of the double-end internal thread stud; and one end of the second connector assembly is connected with a radial inner threaded hole of a blade root bearing of the propeller hub body, and the other end of the second connector assembly is connected with inner threads at the other end of the double-end inner threaded stud. Pitch angles of the blades of the fine-tuning pitch propeller can be accurately adjusted.

    本发明涉及一种用于微调螺距螺旋桨桨叶螺距角度调节和指示机构,包括角度指示刻度板和螺距角度调节机构,所述角度指示刻度板由主刻度板和副刻度板组成,用于指示桨叶螺距的角度,所述主刻度板和副刻度板分别安装于桨叶叶根法兰平面上和桨毂体叶根轴承径向圆周面上,所述主刻度板上“0”线对准副刻度板上“0”线;所述螺距角度调节机构由接头组件一、接头组件二和双头内螺纹螺柱组成;所述接头组件一一端与桨叶叶根法兰上内螺纹孔连接,另一端与双头内螺纹螺柱一端内螺纹连接;所述接头组件二一端与桨毂体叶根轴承径向内螺纹孔连接,另一端与双头内螺纹螺柱的另一端内螺纹连接。本发明可实现微调螺距螺旋桨桨叶螺距角度的精确调节。
