In order to solve the problem that a tail shaft in an existing adjustable pitch propeller needs to be perforated, the invention discloses an adjustable pitch propeller adjusting assembly, which comprises: a tail shaft, of which the rear end is provided with an adjusting hole; a propeller hub which is arranged at the rear end of the stern shaft, wherein a guide hole is formed in the rear end of thepropeller hub; the fixing device is detachably arranged in the guide hole; the adjusting rod is arranged in the propeller hub, and a clamping hole is formed in the rear end of the adjusting rod; thefront end of the adjusting rod is in threaded connection with the adjusting hole, and the front end of the fixing device is inserted into the clamping hole for fixing the adjusting rod. The inventionfurther discloses a propeller pitch adjusting method. According to the propeller adjusting assembly, pitch adjustment can be achieved just by removing the fixing device by manually rotating the adjusting rod through the guide hole; therefore, a through hole is prevented from being formed in the stern shaft, complex equipment such as a hydraulic adjusting device is omitted, the internal structure of the propeller is simplified, equipment cost is saved, and machining and assembling are convenient.

    本发明为解决现有可调螺距螺旋桨中艉轴需要穿孔等问题,公开了可调螺距螺旋桨调节组件,包括:艉轴,后端设有调节孔;桨毂,设置在所述艉轴后端,所述桨毂的后端设置有导向孔;固定装置,可拆装地设置在所述导向孔内;调节杆,设置在所述桨毂内,所述调节杆后端设置有卡孔;所述调节杆的前端与所述调节孔螺纹连接,所述固定装置的前端插入所述卡孔,适于固定所述调节杆。本发明还公开一种螺旋桨螺距的调节方法。本发明的螺旋桨调节组件,仅需将固定装置取下,经过导向孔可人工旋转调节杆即实现螺距调节。该发明避免了在艉轴上开设通孔,省去了液压调节装置等复杂的设备,简化了螺旋桨的内部结构,节约设备成本,便于加工装配。
