An underwater posture self-adaptive water injection device and a working process thereof are disclosed. The underwater posture self-adaptive water injection device comprises a water tank, a water injection pipe communicated with the interior of the water tank is installed in the middle of one end of the water tank, a water injection electromagnetic valve is installed on the water injection pipe, the water injection electromagnetic valve is communicated with external seawater, an exhaust pipe communicated with the interior of the water tank is mounted in the middle of the other end of the water tank, and an exhaust electromagnetic valve is mounted on the exhaust pipe; and the exhaust pipe located in the water tank extends front and back to form an exhaust branch pipe, the length direction of the exhaust branch pipe is parallel to the length direction of the water tank, the front side and the rear side of the exhaust branch pipe are sleeved with supporting rings respectively, the outer wall faces of the supporting rings abut against the inner wall face of the water tank, and port connecting pieces are installed at the two ends of the exhaust branch pipe respectively. The environmental adaptability of the underwater equipment is improved, the staying time of the underwater equipment under the conditions of wind, waves and flow on the water surface is shortened, and the adverse effect on the underwater equipment caused by severe working conditions on the water surface is reduced.
