The invention relates to gear control of a pure electric vehicle, in particular to a gear unlocking control method of the pure electric vehicle. The invention provides a pure electric vehicle gear unlocking control method aiming at a gear lock on a pure electric vehicle. The control method is realized by the following steps that: 1) a VCU (vehicle control unit) receives an ignition signal and an IMMO request of a BCM (body control module); 2) the electronic gear controller GSM receives a brake signal of the VCU and the validity of the brake signal; 3) the GSM sends a gear signal to the VCU and judges whether the gear signal is a P gear or not; 4) the GSM detects whether a brake signal is equal to 1 and the effectiveness of the brake signal is equal to 1 or not if the gear signal is in the P gear, a P-gear electromagnetic valve is unlocked if so, and the P-gear electromagnetic valve is locked if not; 5) the P-gear electromagnetic valve is locked if the gear signal is not in the P gear; and 6) the GSM receives a vehicle speed signal of the ESC controller, the P-gear electromagnetic valve is unlocked if the vehicle speed signal is larger than or equal to a threshold value a, and the P-gear electromagnetic valve is locked if the vehicle speed signal is smaller than the threshold value a.
