The invention relates to a graded early warning method based on a bridge anti-collision active defense system, the method is implemented based on the bridge anti-collision active defense system, the bridge anti-collision active defense system comprises a bridge pier active anti-collision control part and a shipborne part, and the shipborne part comprises a marine radar carried on a ship, an ARPA automatic radar plotter and a shipborne AIS device; the bridge pier active anti-collision control part comprises a plurality of radar transponders and a central control computer used for data processing control, and the central control computer is in signal connection with the AIS virtual navigation mark unit and the alarm unit; the early warning range is divided according to the distance between the ship and the bridge in the water flowing direction, different distances correspond to different early warning ranges, and different early warning modes are adopted for the ships in the different early warning ranges to distinguish the emergency degree of early warning. According to the grading early warning method, the early warning reliability is improved in an AIS and radar mode; by reasonably dividing the early warning range and adopting different early warning modes, the emergency degree of early warning can be effectively reflected.

    本发明涉及一种基于桥梁防撞主动防御系统的分级预警方法,本方法基于桥梁防撞主动防御系统而实施,桥梁防撞主动防御系统包括桥墩主动防撞控制部分和船载部分,船载部分包括船舶上搭载的船用雷达、ARPA自动雷达标绘仪和船载AIS设备;桥墩主动防撞控制部分包括若干雷达应答器以及用于数据处理控制的中控电脑,中控电脑信号连接AIS虚拟航标单元和告警单元;沿水体流动方向,按船舶至桥梁的距离划分预警范围,不同的距离对应不同的预警范围,针对不同预警范围内的船舶采取不同的预警方式以区分预警的紧急程度。本发明的分级预警方法,通过AIS加雷达的方式,提高预警可靠性;通过合理划分预警范围并采取不同的预警方式,可有效体现预警的紧急程度。
