The invention provides a ship and bridge collision avoidance active anti-collision intelligent early warning system, which comprises a ship navigation information acquisition module for acquiring andbroadcasting dynamic and static information of a ship; a ship and bridge collision risk measurement module which is used for calculating the ship and bridge collision risk in the water area of the bridge area according to the dynamic information of the ship and the ship and bridge collision risk judgment model; a collision risk intelligent early warning module which is used for carrying out anti-collision early warning on the ships in the navigation forbidding area of the bridge area water area according to the ship and bridge collision risks in the bridge area water area, and carrying out anti-collision early warning on the ships with high pier collision risks; and a chart information generation module which is used for generating an electronic chart according to the dynamic information and the static information of the ship and the pre-collected geographical information of the water area of the bridge area, and displaying the navigation forbidding water area of the bridge area, the dynamic information and the static information of the ship and the early warning level of the ship in the electronic chart. The invention further provides an active anti-collision intelligent early warning method for ship and bridge collision avoidance.

    本发明提供一种船‑桥避碰主动防撞智能预警系统,包含:船舶航行信息采集模块,采集、广播船舶的动态、静态信息;船‑桥碰撞风险测度模块,其根据船舶的动态信息、船舶撞桥风险判定模型计算该桥区水域内的船‑桥碰撞风险;碰撞风险智能预警模块,根据桥区水域内的船‑桥碰撞风险,为该桥区水域禁止通航区域内船舶进行防撞预警,为带来桥墩高碰撞风险的船舶进行防撞预警;海图信息生成模块,根据船舶的动态信息和静态信息、预先采集的桥区水域地理信息生成电子海图,并在电子海图显示桥区禁止通航水域、船舶的动态信息和静态信息、船舶的预警等级。本发明还提供一种船‑桥避碰主动防撞智能预警方法。
