The invention provides a low-cost connector. The low-cost connector comprises a connector body, wherein the connector body comprises a connecting base and two side lug plates, the two side lug plates are vertically arranged on the left side and the right side of the connecting base correspondingly, the connecting base and the two side lug plates form a U-shaped structure, a connecting column is arranged in the middle of the front side of the connecting base, a supporting cross beam is connected into the U-shaped structure formed by the connecting base and the two side lug plates, and the supporting cross beam, the side lug plates and the connecting base are perpendicular to one another in a pairwise mode. According to the low-cost connector, after a blank is heated and surfaced, the strength of the connecting position of the supporting cross beam is improved; after stress is removed through two times of annealing, and the hardness of base metal is improved, face milling and cross beam milling are conducted through machining, so that a product is not prone to deformation, the product quality is improved, and the production cost is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种低成本接头,包括接头本体,所述接头本体包括连接座和两个侧耳板,两个所述侧耳板分别垂直设置在连接座左右两侧,所述连接座和两个侧耳板组成一个U形结构,所述连接座前侧中间位置设置有连接柱,所述连接座和两个侧耳板的形成的U形结构内连接有支撑横梁,所述支撑横梁、侧耳板和连接座之间两两互相垂直。本发明将毛坯件通过加热堆焊后,增加支撑横梁连接位置的强度,在通过两次退火去除应力,提高母材的硬度后在进行机加工铣面和铣横梁,使产品不易变形,提高产品质量,降低生产成本。
