The invention discloses a self-adaptive speed regulation driving force and braking force closed-loop regulation dual-function hydraulic system. The system comprises a power output unit of a main system, a power output unit of an auxiliary system, a hydraulic pipeline of a main executing mechanism, a valve group, an auxiliary executing mechanism, a main system and auxiliary system communication control stop valve, a local loop pressure adjusting valve II, an oil return filter, an oil return stop valve and a plurality of sensors which are connected with one another, wherein the power output unit of the main system and the power output unit of the auxiliary system are communicated through the main system and the auxiliary system to control the stop valve. The invention provides the bifunctional hydraulic system which can enable automatic rope changing equipment to be automatically matched with the running speed of an elevator, is wide in self-adaptive speed regulation range, can meet the technical requirement of synchronization, is constant in output driving torque and braking torque, and can be switched between a driving state and a braking state at any time. A new mode selection is provided for the control of the equipment.
