An extraction unit 325 extracts, based on the interference area and the behavior of the traffic participants predicted by the prediction unit, a specific traffic participant among the traffic participants which is currently present in the interference area or expected to enter the interference area. An information presentation unit 331 presents information on the action plan for the host vehicle to the specific traffic participant SP extracted by the extraction unit as a presentation target. Accordingly, in an autonomous vehicle, the feeling of unsafety of a specific traffic participant who is highly likely to exist on a predetermined travel route of the vehicle among traffic participants present in the surroundings of the vehicle can be reduced.
