The power supply voltage after boosting conversion is used as first output voltage to be output to the power battery, and the first output voltage is not less than the minimum charging voltage. While the charging system is utilized to carry out voltage reduction conversion on the power supply voltage, the occupied space and the cost of the charging system are reduced.
