The invention provides a ship navigation early warning and monitoring system in a bridge area of a sea-crossing bridge, and relates to the technical field of ship early warning, the system comprises a laser ranging radar, a liquid level meter, a communication base station and a main control platform, and the laser ranging radar, the liquid level meter and the communication base station are respectively in communication connection with the main control platform. The laser ranging radar is used for measuring the first height of each part of a ship above the water surface in a bridge area where the bridge is located. The liquid level meter is used for measuring the head room from the top of the bridge opening to the water surface. The communication base station receives ship data through the wireless communication module, the main control platform is used for calculating a second height based on the first height and the clearance height, and when the second height is smaller than or equal to a height threshold value, early warning information corresponding to a ship is generated and output based on the ship data. The second height is calculated, and the early warning information is generated based on the second height and the height threshold value, so that any part on the ship is prevented from impacting the bridge, and the safety of the ship navigation early warning monitoring system in the bridge area of the sea-crossing bridge is improved.
