The invention provides a vehicle monitoring method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The problem of missing detection of a whistling vehicle is avoided. The vehicle monitoring method is applied to the electronic equipment and comprises the steps that: when a snapshot triggering signal is received, image snapshot is triggered to obtain a snapshot image, and the snapshot triggering signal carries first coordinate position information of a whistling vehicle; vehicles in the snapshot image are recognized, vehicle information corresponding to each recognized vehicle is obtained, and the vehicle information at least comprises position information of the vehicles; and target vehicle information of which the included position information is matched with the first coordinate position information is determined from each piece of vehicle information, and a vehicle corresponding to the target vehicle information is determined as the whistling vehicle.

    本发明提供一种车辆监控方法、装置及设备、存储介质,避免鸣笛车辆漏检问题。一种车辆监控方法应用于电子设备,该方法包括:在接收到抓拍触发信号时,触发图像抓拍以得到抓拍图像,所述抓拍触发信号携带有鸣笛车辆的第一坐标位置信息;识别所述抓拍图像中的车辆,得到被识别出的每一车辆对应的车辆信息,所述车辆信息至少包括车辆的位置信息;从各车辆信息中确定出包含的位置信息与所述第一坐标位置信息匹配的目标车辆信息,将所述目标车辆信息对应的车辆确定为所述鸣笛车辆。
