The invention provides a system and a method for realizing unmanned parking lot trusteeship, and relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic parking lots, the system comprises an identification module, a login module, a video module, a payment module and a help seeking module, the system is applied to a parking lot, automatic timing charging can be realized, the number of available parking spaces can be automatically calculated and prompts can be given, automatic management of parking charging is achieved, manpower is saved, efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the order of the parking lot can be effectively maintained, and the tedious processes of entering the parking lot through code scanning, paying and leaving the parking lot through code scanning without card/ticket taking can be realized.
