The invention relates to a double-tail-boom layout unmanned aerial vehicle horizontal measurement device and a using method. The device comprises a base, turbine worm lifters, a front fulcrum, a rear fulcrum, a horizontal tail clamping plate assembly and a working ladder, wherein the base and stand columns on the base are used for supporting all components, and the turbine worm lifters on the stand columns are used for adjusting the heights of the main body and the horizontal tail of an unmanned aerial vehicle; and the front fulcrum is used for supporting the front portion of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, the rear fulcrum is used for supporting the rear portion of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and the horizontal tail clamping plate assembly is used for fixing the horizontal tail position. The unmanned aerial vehicle is erected on the horizontal measurement device, the front-back and left-right horizontal state of the main body of the unmanned aerial vehicle is achieved by adjusting the turbine worm lifters, and the horizontal tail is adjusted to the theoretical position; and then a hole is led to a vertical fin according to the horizontal tail connector hole position, and butt joint of the horizontal tail and the vertical fin is completed. The horizontal tail is adjusted to the theoretical position in advance, the manufacturing and assembling errors of a tail supporting rod and the self-weight influence of the tail supporting rod, the horizontal tail and the vertical fin are eliminated, the installation precision of the horizontal tail is improved, and the flight performance is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种双尾撑布局无人机水平测量装置及使用方法,装置包括底座、涡轮蜗杆升降机、前支点、后支点、平尾卡板组件和工作梯。底座及上的立柱用于支撑各部件,立柱上的涡轮蜗杆升降机用于调整无人机主体、平尾高低。前支点用于支撑无人机机身前部,后支点用于支撑无人机机身后部,平尾卡板组件用于固定平尾位置。本发明将无人机架在水平测量装置上,通过调整涡轮蜗杆升降机,使无人机主体前后、左右呈水平状态,调整平尾到理论位置;然后根据平尾接头孔位,向垂尾引孔,完成平垂尾对接。本发明通过预先将平尾调整到理论位置,消除了尾撑杆制造、装配误差以及尾撑杆、平尾、垂尾自重影响,提高了平尾安装精度,保证了飞行性能。
